SCOR Digital Standard · ASCM Authorized Partner

One way to run the supply chain, across every function.

SCOR DS gives your company a shared map of how its seven processes (orchestrate, plan, order, source, transform, fulfill and return) connect, who owns each hand-off, and how to measure it. We teach it on your own processes, assess where you stand, and turn it into a roadmap your team owns.

I had the pleasure of working with Mohannad while preparing for my CSCP exam. His expertise in supply chain management was obvious from the very first day of the course. He brought the right combination of knowledge, attention, and personality to every session, which has helped me feel much more prepared and confident as I prepare for the exam. I would highly recommend him to anyone preparing for the CSCP exam or considering any of the other courses he offers.

I just passed the CSCP Exam thanks to Mohannad! I struggle with staying on track in self-paced training courses so meeting weekly really helped me stick to my plan of becoming a CSCP. From introduction to exit, Mohannad made a point to provide a personalized experience. He learned my study habits and adapted them to his teaching style. Prior to joining this course, I felt that earning this certificate was going to be extremely difficult because of the steep learning curve and lack of support. I have a community of logisticians, not Supply Chain Leaders so having Mohannad guide me through this process was a major relief. I highly recommend that you take on the CSCP Certification with MG Operations & Strategy Partners where they make it a personal responsibility to provide you with accountability, community, and in-depth guidance.

What SCOR DS does

See how your supply chain really works, end to end.

Every function runs its own piece of the supply chain. SCOR DS shows where those pieces intersect and how to orchestrate processes, people and technology across the company.

  • A common language for sales, operations, procurement, finance and IT
  • Clear process ownership and hand-offs, from Level 1 strategy to Level 4 tasks
  • Business rules that tie daily decisions to strategy
  • Metrics linked to the P&L, benchmarked against peers
  • Skills and digital capabilities matched to each process

OrchestrateLevel 0 · Strategy

The strategy layer that sits over everything else: business rules, performance management, data and technology, people and skills, network design, risk, ESG and enterprise business planning. It is how the company keeps the other six processes pulling in the same direction.

PlanSynchronize

Balances demand and supply. Sets the plans for ordering, sourcing, transforming, fulfilling and returning, and decides how resources are allocated across them.

OrderDemand loop

Everything involved in a customer buying from you, B2B or B2C: receiving, validating, pricing and scheduling orders through to payment.

SourceSupply loop

Ordering, receiving, verifying and paying for the materials and services you buy, and managing the suppliers who provide them.

TransformSupply loop

Making, assembling, repairing, maintaining or recycling: the activities that turn materials into the product or service the customer receives.

FulfillDemand loop

Getting the product or service to the customer: picking, shipping, installing, commissioning and invoicing.

ReturnRegenerate

Reverse flows from customers and back to suppliers: returns, repairs, refurbishment, recycling and end of life, the backbone of a circular supply chain.

New supply chain organization

Define roles, decision rights and a center of excellence around end-to-end processes.

Business rules and governance

Set the rules for planning, allocation and prioritization that every function follows.

Merger or carve-out

Give two organizations one language and one set of KPIs on Day 1.

KPIs that do not connect

Link operational metrics to the P&L and to the attributes your strategy cares about.

The package

The SCOR DS Accelerator: assess, train, transform.

One package that gives your leaders a common language for the supply chain, a fact-based view of where you stand, and a roadmap they own. FAQ

SCOR DS questions, answered.

What is SCOR DS?

The Supply Chain Operations Reference Digital Standard is ASCM’s global standard for supply chain processes, metrics, practices and skills. It organizes the supply chain into Orchestrate, Plan, Order, Source, Transform, Fulfill and Return, and measures performance on resilience, economic and sustainability attributes.

What does SCOR DS actually do for a company?

It shows how processes connect across functions, who owns each hand-off, and which metrics prove it works. Leaders get one language for the supply chain, so sales, operations, procurement, finance and IT can design processes, business rules and systems together instead of in silos.

Why would a corporate team need it now?

Most teams use it at a turning point: before or after an ERP or SAP implementation, when building a transformation roadmap, when setting up a new supply chain organization or center of excellence, when writing business rules for planning and allocation, or when integrating two companies after a deal.

What is the SCOR DS Accelerator?

Our packaged program: a complimentary ASCM maturity assessment, a SCOR DS executive workshop built on your own processes, and a prioritized roadmap and charter. It takes about four to six weeks.

Is the maturity assessment really free?

Yes, when you book the SCOR DS workshop. The assessment covers 27 focus areas across the seven SCOR domains and takes about two hours of your leaders’ time.

What is SCORmark and do we need it?

SCORmark is ASCM’s benchmarking service. It compares your Level 1 metrics with peers in your industry and sets parity, advantage and superior targets. It is optional, and most useful when you need to prioritize investments or build a business case.

Can the training use our own data and systems?

Yes. Corporate programs are built on your Level 3 to 4 process maps, KPIs and systems, such as SAP S/4HANA or your planning platform, so the outputs are usable immediately.

Do you also run public classes?

Yes. Public SCOR DS cohorts run online in four live sessions on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. See dates and times.

Start with a complimentary maturity assessment.

Tell us about your supply chain and what is changing. We will set up the assessment and walk your leaders through the results.
