Founder Bio - Mohannad Gomaa

Mohannad Gomaa is the Founder and CEO of MG Operations & Strategy Partners, a boutique consulting firm focused on driving operational value for private equity-backed companies and global corporations. He brings over 23 years of experience in strategy, supply chain, and operational transformation, having held leadership roles at globally recognized consulting firms including Booz Allen Hamilton, Accenture Strategy, and Ernst & Young.

Mohannad has led high-impact projects across a diverse set of industries—consumer packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, retail, construction, oil & gas, and manufacturing—delivering results that range from post-merger synergy capture to integrated business planning (IBP) implementation, and end-to-end supply chain redesign.

He has worked with Fortune 500 clients such as Merck, Constellation Brands, PepsiCo, Walgreens, and AB InBev, as well as private equity investors including SK Capital and their portfolio companies. His expertise spans post-merger integration, operational due diligence, cost transformation, digital supply chain enablement, and SCOR-based performance optimization.

Known for bridging strategy with hands-on execution, Mohannad brings a pragmatic leadership style, deep technical fluency, and a strong track record of delivering measurable improvements in cost, service, and operational agility.

He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the American University in Cairo, an M.S. in Engineering Management from George Washington University, and an MBA from the University of Maryland. He has also completed executive education in supply chain management from MIT.

Mohannad is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and an ASCM-certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and SCOR-P. He is also an authorized trainer and consulting partner for ASCM, delivering professional development programs in supply chain and operations strategy.
